A lovely orchid garden is just one of
the attractions of this cottage. Many of our return clients have set
up their vacation plans subject to the availability of Orchid
Cottage. The home was built in 1987 by a retired pilot. Ten
years later, the pilot got itchy for more traveling and sold the house to
Franklin of Juliana's.
Only steps away from Tropics Cafe and the swimming pool of Juliana's, Orchid offers the conveniences of the hotel but in a super-relaxing setting. The fully-equipped kitchen opens to the living area which has sliding glass doors opening to the shaded deck. Only a sloping hillside interrupts your expansive southerly seaview to the south. Whether your idea of a great dinner is to have your Sea Saba boat captain arrange for fresh lobster for you to barbeque....or kick back with a cocktail on your deck until you muster up enough energy for a 5-minute walk to a choice of 6 restaurants in Windwardside, Two bedrooms (one with queen size bed and airco, the other with two twins that can be made in to a king) and a unique bathroom with the shower built in to a huge boulder, make this property comfortable for two couples or a family. Daily maid cleaning services of Juliana's are part of the package. If you want to see how Orchid Cottage compares to others, look at the comparison table on the Cottages and Villas page of Dive Saba Travel's website--the most comprehensive listing to be found anywhere! 7 night/10 dive packages through October 31, 2002, are only $795, based on 4 persons.
